Hype Design London was formed in 2015 and has been delivering high quality designer home and kitchen products ever since. Our founder Esther created the company originally to run shops within large shows such as Grand Designs and Ideal Home shows. She quickly realised that the demand was not only there only around Christmas time and big shows but we had many people asking to buy additional products throughout the year. "What are your usual delivery times?"
We aim to dispatch all orders before 3pm on the same working day. Anything after 3pm or at weekend will be dispatched the next working day

"Can I return a product?"
Yes, we offer a 30 day returns policy for all items. Items must be returned in a new condition.

"Can I pre-order something that is out of stock?"
Yes we have alot of people ask that, if you message us on the email at the top of the page with what you require and we can contact the supplier for you

"Do you ship internationally?"
We do, the price is calculated when you add your address into the Cart before you purchase, we use Royal Mail prices and it is based on weight and size so prices vary for shipping. UK shipping is always FREE.
